"Winning the Battles"

Today's business world is a battle zone - especially that of the franchise world.

In this keynote address, Tony brings to bear the lessons learnt when he was:

• Co-founding CRT (Combined Rural Traders Ltd), now one of Australia's largest agricultural resellers

• Establishing the fledgling Ray White Real Estate auction business in Sydney and NSW in 1988. Within 2 years he had them as real estate auction market leaders, a position they held until his "retirement" (see The Tringriz Voyage) in 1996. On his return in February 2003, they were in third place and year's end in 2004, they had again attained the lead position.
