MY AUCTION BOOK , “THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO SELLING REAL ESTATE BY AUCTION” IS PUBLISHED AND AVAILABLE

One of my goals in life has been attained with the release this week by my Publisher, Molpir Publications of Kingston ACT, of my book on marketing of real estate by the auction method.

Whilst it was originally driven by my displeasure at the way the time honoured auction process was being battered by the Press and those with a vested interest in trying to stop or slow down the auction method, it also occurred to me that if I was going to criticise the Press, I also had to offer a solution.

The book is the culmination of the experiences and observations that I have made in conducting over 18,000 real estate auctions alone for the Ray White Group as their Chief Auctioneer across Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia.

It takes the reader through from when they have been working for an agency for about 6 weeks, through the initial enquiry, the appreasal to the actual auction campaign to the auction itself

I believe it has application not only for real estate agents and those studying to become one but also those looking at marketing their property, for in my view, unless your agent is conducting their activities as I have indicated they should be, then you probably need another agent.

In my promotional flyers I have ventured to suggest that if you follow the steps as per the book, you will be well on your way to attaining a six figure income. This is no idle boast for there a number of salespeople within Ray White who, using the auction method as their cornerstone of their business, are achieving that goal.
